I never thought it would be difficult to find and maintain my inner athlete until age and having my son.

That all changed when I finally took the plunge and joined Stacy's RIPPED and Shred Classes last winter, coupled with Beach Body. I was 5 lbs away from my delivery weight with my son and feeling out of control. I had let myself go and what a ripple effect that had.

The first day, week, month were hard. I didn't want to get up before everyone and do it, but I committed and I did it and boy am I glad I did. It has changed my life for the better. Fast forward to May 2020, just 5 months later, I have lost a total of 19lbs and 9 1/2 inches! I am becoming the best version of myself and I owe that to Stacy @ Body by Stacy!

If you seriously want to be motivated and see results, Stacy is your person! I am a 60 year old women who broke her back in a car accident when I was 18 and has 2 bad knees. I never thought I could build muscle or participate in exercise classes. Then, I found Stacy. Big shout out to my amazing coach Stacy Packard! Thanks to her, not only have I avoided putting on the COVID 10 pounds, but actually feel stronger and more flexible then when I was lifting in the gym! She offers an array of virtual classes so no matter what your level of fitness, or the type of workout you desire , you will have lots of options and each day the routine changes! I am so hooked, that regardless as to whether gyms reopen or not, I will continue to take these amazing classes!

I first saw Stacy on NYE 2012 at the Foothills doing a special Zumba class during downtown's first night event. So of course my girlfriends and I jump on stage and join in the fun- sweater dress and all! We had a blast and needed to find out when we could do that again. Stacy gave us times and the place, inviting us back for a free class! We went to every single zumba class she offered after that; expanding into other classes & bootcamps as well. I had never been one to work out much before (actually never to be honest) so this was a new world for me; and it was so much fun. Before I knew it, years had gone by; the workouts became a routine and I was my best self, inside and out. Everytime I walked through those doors at Body By Stacy (up all those stairs back then), it felt like I was at home with my family. Now, logging into zoom and having access to Stacy and all of her classes, it all comes back and helps push me through those moments I just want to quit. I know at the end though, I always feel so, soo good and say to myself, that was awesome..

I started Stacy's workouts about a month ago on a recommendation from a friend. In starting these I have seen lots of changes in my health (both physical and mental). I am motivated to come back everyday, and each workout is different and fun! Stacy has created a community via distance classes which makes me feel supported and engaged in my workouts, and I cant wait to practice with her in person! I have seen so many physical changes in my body (and found a few muscles that I didnt know about before), and those around have started noticing changes in my muscles definition as well! I cant recommend her classes enough, they are WONDERFUL!
